2. Explain the problem to seller
Email the Seller:If you are emailing the seller, make sure you explain the problem clearly. It might be a simple mistake made by the seller so remember to keep your cool. If the item is different to what you thought you were buying, explain the difference. If you never received the item, confirm the seller has shipped it. Please allow at least 3 days for the seller to get back to you. Check your spam filter settings and junk email folder to make sure the seller's email is not blocked.

4. Seller says "NO" to selling to you
|
Sellers are obligated to sell the item once the buyer has committed to purchasing it. We encourage buyers and sellers to communicate with each other to find a solution if there is any issue. However, if communicating with the seller does not better the situation and no resolution is reached, you can leave the seller an appropriate feedback. If the seller repeats this again, OfferMe will take action if necessary.

If you are unable to contact the seller regarding this within 7 days, leave them an appropriate feedback. |

Contact your financial institution to confirm the transaction did go through.
If the seller acknowledges the payment they must send the item to you immediately. If the seller does not agree to send you the item, you should request a refund. If you are having trouble doing so, refer to steps 4 and 5 of problem 1.
|
After confirming with your financial institution that the payment went through, wait 5 days before requesting a refund if you do not receive the item. |
