A. Register

Simply click on the Register button at the top of any page

Once you've completed the form you will receive a confirmation email from OfferMe to the email address you submitted during the registration process. Simply follow the instructions to complete your registration.

B. Set up your Seller Account

Once you have registered, sign in to 'My Account' and click on the 'Want to Sell?' link.

To ensure safe trading on OfferMe, sellers are required to enter a valid credit card number. Your credit card details are securely stored with Westpac Bank, and it will not be charged until you have sold something.

For Australian sellers, a valid business name and ABN are also required to set up a Seller Account.

A. Found an item which you can sell?

You can find out the current requested quantity for this item. Click on 'Want to Sell' to offer these buyers.

B. Not found? List it!

Click on 'Add an Item' to list it. Buyers will see your item and ask for your offer. You will be notified by email then.

Now you can send out your offer to buyers. But first you need to set the postage & handling charges for delivery to the various locations the buyers are requesting their product to be delivered to.

Once you confirm the postage, buyers will be able to see your offer in their 'Received Offers' page.

Provide fast and accurate answers to questions buyers may have.

After you have sold the item, contact the buyer with your payment instructions.

Once you have received payment from the buyer, post the item as soon as you can.

If you are pleased with your sale, leave the buyer Feedback and encourage them to do the same for you.
